Super Power Permissions: Universal Soundtrack
Imagine the universe has an Original Sound Track like movies do. Connie can make this soundtrack audible to everyone. He considers this the most useless power second only to his other super power. But it actually has the advantage of being able to reveal things that might not be so apparent through the use of musical motifs.
For this reason I am asking for theme songs for characters! They can be whatever you want and you can always change them later if what you've linked here no longer fits your character/CR with Connie has caused it to change around him. You can use this music to reveal as little or as much as you want about your character (ie a secretly lonely character who covers it up could have a peppy theme song to reinforce their cover up or they could have a sad song to hint at their true feelings). Theme songs can also purposely be misleading I don't really have any strict rules here.

Theme Song(s) Yakety Sax
